Weekly

  • High Season: $3,150.00
  • Low Season: $2,800.00

Daily

  • High Season: $450.00
  • Low Season: $410.00
  • April and October: $400.00

*Plus 12% Placer County Transient Occupancy Tax

*Plus $150 Cleaning Fee on all reservations.

 

 

High Season rates apply during the months of June, July, August, & September and during the Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years Holidays.

Minimum rental of 1 week for High Season.

3 Nights minimum for all other stays.

Check-In time is 4pm, Check-out time is 10am. If you ask we can be flexible provided there are no adjoining bookings.

Rents are due 30 days in advance of your stay. $275 refundable deposit required to secure dates.
